About Us
The program delivers, through the Aims and Methods of the Boy Scout program, the boys and girls are challenged as members of a patrol, leaders of a patrol, and leaders in the troop. As young scouts they are taught not by adults in the troop, but by older, experienced scouts. It is not long before they become teachers, instructing the younger scouts like a Boy Scout. This method has produced some of the greatest leaders of the 20th Century and continues to produce future leaders. The Boy Scouts of America truly produces men who are “Prepared for Life.” The BSA has been helping prepare scouts for life and the real world since 1910. The BSA provides the nation's foremost youth program of character development and values-based leadership training. We are a very youth led troop which means that the troop is mainly led by youth, so the adults are just there to help and provide support when needed.
Our Goal
Our goal is to teach youth life lessons that will help them succeed in life, rise above other, and be "Prepared For Life". We teach youth Leadership skills, Survival skills, Money Budgeting, Weapon Safety, Fire Safety, Youth Protection, First Aid, Life Saving Skills, and much more.
Established in 2008

The difference between troop 9875 and 875
Well there's not much different between troop 9875 and 875. Really the only difference is the 9875 is for Female Scouts and 875 is for Male Scouts but they still do almost everything together.
